Ok , I think I have sorted out how I will proceed with my donations. If donating something becomes far to tangled up with all these rules the easiest would be is just give to whom I want to when I want to just like I do with any other donations I make. This is probably what happens with all the plenty non forum members and all are fulfilled by giving as are those that receive

There seems to be some misconceptions and misinformation also going out, about the 'rules' and the 'red tape' when it comes to running a project under the umbrella of the SANParks VHRs. (SANParks Honorary Rangers). Maybe if we have a chat about it we can clear up where this springs from.

Lets take this project now, the Christmas Drive. What red tape is involved for all the members donating pressies? Nothing has changed from how it was done at the start for the forum members. If you want to donate a gift, post so here, or PM Scouter and she will hook it up with whomever needs a gift and help with age/gender etc. Mites travelling up to the park are offering to take the pressies.

And to add to what DinkyBird just said, I am leaving on the 4th October, next week, so if you have any pressies, please PM me and we can make arrangements for my couriering on your behalf.

Just make sure Scouter has allocated a child (or children) to you.

So, with GlynB's upcoming trip to KPT being just around the corner and us being, well, neighbours in a manner of sorts, I went off to Canal Walk today (What was I thinking! ) and bought my gifts. Prezzies all wrapped and labelled! Thanks GlynB for playing courier! Muchos Appreciated!

2 9year old boys will be the recipients of presents I handed to GlynB today.

4 days to KTP

Hi everyone - just to let you know that the Tsammaland school will be having their Christmas party onFriday 14th December so those of you who kindly volunteered to buy presents, please makesure they are up at TR before the 14th

The school at Groot Mier closes for the holidays on Friday 7th of December so if the presents could be with KG a few days before that would be great too as they all need to checked and double checked to see that everyone is accounted for

Hi there all,

I just confirmed the date with Groot Mier Primary that we will be at the school on the 7th December to hand out their presents. The head master still couldn’t believe what we are doing for the kids and said that I should thank you all for the opportunity to put a smile on the kids faces.

Will take pictures and come and post them.
