BT - Can you comment further on the activity at LP ? Looks like there was a lot of weaver nest-building activity . Were the Goliath Herons still present ? Any other nesting activity besides the weavers ? Would appreciate any further comments you might have .

Highbury, I have very fond recollections of funtimes at lake Panic, incl leopard, 2 of the biggest bush buck rams I have ever seen, white rhino. Some of the most memorable moments are the goliath heron in flight!!!

Best place on earth for sure

Thank you for the comments :D

Back from KTP and a week in Kruger.

Spend every day a few hours at LP and despite the heat had some wonderful sightings and will share the images over the next months. {first process all the images)

Thank you all for sharing, looking and commenting on the LP gallery. Keep them coming in the new year .... that is the only way for me anyway to be part of Kruger 365 days.

From LP resident Hippo.....Happy new year.
