I just wonder why Sanparks does not update the pictures on their site of renovated accommodations . We stayed in the Waterkant Guest House in Skukuza and the Wells Guesthouse in Satara in 2010. Both guesthouses were renovated at that time but right now Sanparks still has the old pictures of the guesthouses on their site. I wonder why they don't update the site with the new pictures as the guesthouses look so much better now? I guess these aren't the only bungalows on their site that show old photos.

Ask them about updating the photos for Roodewal while you're at it, DB. The renovations done there are fantastic and the old pictures (or not pictures now that I just looked ) don't do the camp justice.

Wow! I just went to have a look at he pics on the site. They are very outdated. We stayed at Wells in September 2010, and they already had the new furniture and TV back them.

Please update. Sanparks is selling this Guesthouse short with those old pics. The new (over 2 years old) furniture is fantastic.

When I get home later, I'll check if we have any good pics from our 2010 trip and post them.

Hi Helene. We are currently busy with a project whereby our photographer is revisiting all our parks and taking new pictures of the accommodation, landscapes, facilities, etc. But as you can imagine this will take some time to accomplish. Eric, our photographer is currently in the Cape region, doing just this. The accommodation in the Kruger is scheduled for early 2013. We will keep you updated as the project progresses. Thank you for your feedback in this regard.
