Here pics of the kill which we were blessed to see after 40 years of visit to the KNP. When I realised its going to happen told my SO to grab the video and start shooting. She refused saying she wants to enjoy the moment. As you realise you just grab your camera and start shooting. :D ENJOY http://flic.kr/s/aHsjCsYx5Y

Thank you all for the kind comments. These sightings are once in a life time oppurtunities. Trrr-rrr there were only 3 lions but several cubs came to feast. We were told that the pride had made a kill about an hour earlier and the male was still feeding on it. Must have been small prey. We coulld not see the male. You will notice on my first photo of the kill that the lioness has blood on her right leg. She was part of setting the trap so the blood must have been from the earlier kill.

We saw the cubs in March of this year at the same spot. Read my TR "KNP via Ngwenya" posted 4-5 months ago and Safs "Blast from the past" which is an active topic. Saf has some great pics of the cubs.

Flying Cheetah the kill was on the S5, between CB and LS. The leapord and cub were seen about a km from the bridge at LS towards CB. We were fortunte to see the cub on a tree, at the same spot on the same day during a night drive. The spotlight disturbed it and it was having difficulty climbing down. It was so cuuuuuute. Have video and will try and post it.
