I am not sure if its my computer, my signal.. or me :hmz:

I am having trouble loading pictures onto my photobucket. Anyone else using photobucket having problems?

MM , I rece3ived an e.mail message last week saying something about a brand-new photobucket or something . I did not bother about it , but did notice afterwards it did not work as well as previously :evil:

I have always used Flickr, with (so far) no problems what so ever!! :thumbs_up:

I know they have been changing it recently and sometimes sites use Sundays to do maintenance work. I've just had a look at my account and it seems OK.

Are you getting any error messages, MM?. What exactly happens?

Saraf, I have been trying to upload from the webcam. This has usually taken a matter of seconds. I am now finding that it either just gets stuck somewhere, or I get an error message.

Seems to be a lot better this morning. Still getting the occasional freeze though. It seems to happen if I try to upload too much too soon. Maybe the cams should give me a break :wink:

Nossob is very busy right now and photobucket doesn't give a toss.

I have noticed that photobucket has changed format completely , and I just do not know how to work it anymore , so unable to post pics :twisted:

Anyone having similar problems ?

Can one use another program ? Somewhere I saw someone saying they use Picasa . How does one use it to post pics ?
Any other suggestions ?

I see no difference?

Picasa is useless here, they do not allow hotlinking.

Okie,

I'll have a look tonight and see if I need to update the tutorial.

There is a tutorial for Flickr, which I think is still valid. I haven't done one yet for Picasa but DuQues did one for Dropbox

Hmmmm, also handy, Photobucket now lets you import all the albums you have on Facebook. Which makes posting those here very easy....

Thank you saraf , it seems to have changed only during the past ten days or two weeks :hmz:

I just looked at it again , and noticed there is an option to switch back to the previous version , which I did , and it now works again for me :D
