I have received the following information from SANParks.

Quote:
Currently we are honouring lifetime memberships that were purchased via Infinity and purchased before the 20th October 2010 (the day that SanParks took over from Infinity).

These lifetime cards are defaulted to ‘expire’ in 2035, therefore the customers do not have to renew
their memberships yearly. All they need to do is contact us only if there has been a change to the membership details.


They have also hinted at some other news that will be announced in the New Year, once the new systems and processes have been smoothed out.

Kite, indications I have is that additional benefits of a true loyalty card are being planned but I have no idea of exactly what.

Please reinstate these cards for our seniors who try to go to the parks regularly and need the helping hand and enjoy the privilege! :pray:

As I am soon to renew our wildcard and as we edge closer to the lifetime card landmark, I appeal to Sanparks to reinstate these for the benefit of all our senior citizens!

Just a reminder that, as the costs of Wildcards creep ever upwards, the lifetime cards are a real help for the over 70's.
Please make them available again!
