Why are people fanatical about the speed limit/lack of law enforcement inside Kruger (even wanting to drive slower) but then complain about getting caught driving too fast outside Kruger where they are putting human life at risk?

Why do people want to see a kill in Kruger , but at home they stop their cat from catching a bird ?

Why do birders drive past a lion sighting with their noses in the air but frown at us plebs when we drive past a bird sighting.. :hmz:

Why do those opposed to fracking drive vehicles that depend on it.

Completely agree - nothing worse than having to wait 10 minutes just to brush your teeth  'specially when you are trying to get on the road :wall:

Also - what is with wearing white! You stick out like a sore thumb and you have about 3 minutes before you're complaining about getting dirty :slap:

How many ladies have you seen wearing white in a Park? Not very many I am sure  But of course they belong among the anomalies in the park

OK I will try one that puzzle me for a while,

Why do people visit rustic camps in large groups booking more than 4 campsite, but clutter on one site just to be together and party instead of enjoying the sounds of nature

Indeed! Big anomaly. Had this experience at Tamboti. Two tents, three cars. They partied until the early morning hours between the two tents. No respect for their fellow campers. Nada. None. Zilch. And the females cackling as the liquor flowed exceeded any possible hyena calling. Or a jackal howling. In fact, if a hyena or jackal called, we would not have been able to hear same. The lions started roaring at sunset. We were only able to hear them clearly again after the inhabitants of the tents went to sleep/passed out. :wall: :wall:

(Fortunately they left the next morning       , and thinks returned to normal in Tamboti).

Why not stay in a HOTEL outside the Park if your main aim is to party the night (and animals) away??

Believe it or not, I've actually been camping with a few of these "I want to wear white and complain about it" types (The shame of it) the only trip that was ever too long :(

Have you ever noticed a campsite/chalet/bungalow etc. that seems to be permanently occupied, no matter what time of the day? (Also camped with one (or 4) of those  )

Why do people who like to "rough" it (camping) look down their noses at us who likes to stay in comfort in a bungalow, when the KNP isn't about staying in camp (wasting time pitching tents and the like) but about being out on the roads looking for sightings?
