Not to worry. The owner was found. It's one of Kgalagadi's cameras.

Just wanted to say how much we both enjoyed the cricket weekend.

It was greast to meet so many people and the atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming.
Thanks to all who organised it and made it possible.

I thought the starter was tasty, but a bit spicy, but Dungie the dustbin finished it off for me.
The main course was scrummy, and so was the dessert!!

We then had 10 glorious days in the park travelling up to Shingwedzi and back - magic!!!

Hi Dylan,

Warm welcome to the forum! :D

The cricket is open to all members of this forum and their families. You only need to book accommodation in Skukuza for the weekend and get yourself there.

It's great fun! Hope to meet you there!

Do we bring our own team or do we just combine when we all there?
Has anyone stayed at tsekedze before, staying there in Dec, any experiences? Sightings in Area?
Just don't make me do the duck walk... :D

Re cricket -

The main cricket match is played between the Skukuza cricket team and a forum men's team (if you are a cricket player then speak up so you can be put in the team!). Other matches may include forum ladies against a SANparks ladies' team, forum ladies against fourum men, forum men against KTP team..... depends on various things nearer the time! Some matches may take place on the Friday, but the main match will be on Saturday.

Sometimes a golf day is arranged on the Friday too.

Friday evening is normally informal braai get-together - bring your own meat etc and picnic bag. Saturday is a more formal meal put on by SANparks.

Watch the announcements for more details and information as the organising committee work out what will happen when.

If you are coming make sure you put your name on the list! And book soon....
