Rock Martin (Hirundo fuligula)

This one was photograped ontop of the light outside the ablution facilities in Mountain Zebra National Park. Note the white tail spot.

These birds seem more common in winter, perhaps because they are one of the few martins/swallows around then. :lol:

Hadn't seen these guys around for a while :)

Saw one at Centurion Lake when twitching the Franklin's Gull, and Two yesterday at a garage on the way to Nylstroom.

Got this one at Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary. Not the best photo (awful rainy weather :( ) but at least one can clearly see the white tail spots.
