Yes, it has been sold .... and bought by SANParks.

I recently received an email alert from DomainTools.com about ownership change of the domain name KrugerNationalPark.com which I was monitoring after having previously written a blog post titled “SANParks leaves money on the table with KrugerNationalPark.com”.It was with great pleasure to discover that the new owner of this premium domain name is now SANParks.

Immediately after I had published that blog post, I exchanged emails with Nedret Saidova, SANParks eBusiness Manager who promised that they were indeed going to purchase the domain.Nedret Saidova has confirmed that $4,840 was paid to the previous owner. I must congratulate SANParks for having managed to pay far less than what it is actually valued at…good negotiation skills there.

According to Valuate.com below, KrugerNationalPark.com is appraised at $7,000.
