I agree that this is an outstanding achievement and the statistics are beyond impressive. My work in the software industry and personal use of the internet have given me a lot of experience with thousands of websites. I can say without hesitation that Sanparks.org is one of the best sites I have ever visited, and is by far one of the best and most impressive Government run websites in the world. Keep up the good work Sanparks.

Yes indeed, SANparks can be proud of their website cum forum. For me it is an honour to be a member of
this sophisticated forum though,........

I am also very sad and worried that we have world
heritage sites at the tips of our fingers. Can we control ourselves, taking nature into consideration?

I say this taking into account;- One footprint, be it a
green footprint even, is one footprint to much.

Some years ago we were at Punda M. congregating
around the communal braai area and looking back at
the bungalows/huts there was this unusual light.
I walked closer and found a unmanned laptop spewing
light all over the whitewashed bungalow.

Perhaps another mite sharing tr,s onsite with us.

Nonetheless SANparks and mods thanks for making the
parks readily accessible over the airwaves, after all this
is the 21st century.

To many forumites the light of a KNP fire and the smell of the bush is only available via this site.

The smell of the bush Imberbe? I can see the bush and
lately even I can hear the bush, but smell it?
Do you by some chance own a computer that can omit
odour? This site is becoming more and more interesting.

HE, the mind is powerful, and with the necessary stimulii...

I'm also glad to see the forum playing a central role in the success of SANParks online initiatives. Certainly we're a pain in the backside from time to time, but we're a useful pain in the backside.

I greatly appreciate the SANParks website. Without it I wouldn't have been able to enjoy KNP the way I did, or plan for my next round of visits from overseas. It is a great resource and we're a great community!

So will the Organisation take cognisance off the forum now, Not a bitter post please folks, just a post reminding all that this heritage(SANParks) is for all to share.
