Hi All,

So yesterday morning I woke up at 5:15am (2 hour time difference)to make my phonecall to SANP, and booked for my trip to KNP in December :dance:

Was thinking of making a small change, and had a look online last night to see if there was any availability, before waking up at the crack of dawn today to phone again.

But it seems the system hasn't been updated.
I thought it was "real time"?

In the end, I think I am going to leave my booking as it is.
But am just curious to know why the online system hasn't been updated?

Hi Yoda,

Online bookings opens 30 days later than call center, so if you would like to make use of a reservation now - it would be best to call the call center.

We are planning on launching the same time, but with the high demand for this we need to ensure that it all rolls smoothly as it could impact the uptime of bookings.

Hi,
Yup, it does make sense.
But the online system is showing loads of availability, which in reality, I am sure is not the case.
So even if online booking is not yet available, does it not make sense to show only the units that available?

I have decided to leave my booking as it is, so it's not an issue for me anymore.
