I did a similar thing recently. I cancelled 2 weeks in KTP and made reservations in 4 of the Northern and Eastern Cape parks. I went to Reservation House near Cresta and the lady there cancelled KTP, made the other bookings and I ended up with a credit on my SANParks "account". Because there were 4 other parks involved, I had to phone someone at SANParks HO at Groenkloof and allocate the KTP money between the 4 new parks. All very easy!
Is it possible to change a reservation from a booking in one park to a booking in a different park using the online booking system? And if so, is it possible to have the amount paid for the original reservation transferred to the new reservation (when using the online booking system to make the change)?
Since I have to book a long time in advance I would like to know if such a change would be possible if for some reason I have to change my plans.
