Good day to you all . We plan to come back to South Africa for the 9th time.. but his time , there will be 3 of us , as we had a baby last year. He'll be 18month old by then ..
I was wondering if any baby equipment is available in the camps? (mostly baby bed/cot)

You can get cots at most places in SA, and all the goodies for a baby. Carefull in Kruger with malaria, but winter here it should be cool.

He/she will come back to South Africa, any info needed you will find on this forum.

Concerning the cots , I meant : in the kruger park camps accomodation : do they provide it upon request? or do we have to buy one somewhere else?

That was posted in 2008, but I am 99% sure that it is still so.

They do have cots in Kruger, but I do suggest you let them know before with your booking, as there might be other parents also utilising the cots.

You can however buy a camping cot at various places, It will cost you a good R1000,00 or 110 Euro for one with mosquito net included.

Game has some awesome camping cots for cheap price, with mozzie net. Folds up small as well for packing.

yep , I guess we might find a way to buy one in South Africa ( we travel from europe, and so bringing one is not an option)
Not always easy as we don't know south african stores.. and if we can spare 1000 zar , it's always good to take
