Hi

We are Kruger die hards but I have decided we need to visit some of the other parks. We recently moved back to SA after 8 years away I want to see more of our beautiful country.

I am looking at the following, any advice or comments would be appreciated. Also what accommodation I should book at the various locations. We are keen birders and enjoy photography.
2 x adults
We are looking at late October / early November.

Leave JHB.
2 x nights Makola (never visited)
2 x nights Camdeboo ( not since established as a NP)
3 x nights Mt Zebra (last visited in 2000)
4 x nights Addo (never visited)
1 x night ? En-route back to JHB.

PLEASE HELP....

What help do you need? A guide perhaps? :twisted:

Looks like a great trip to me.

Just one thing, the olive thrush(es) that you see in Addo are Karoo thrush(es).
Another. Addo eles are relaxed and walk right next to your vehicle. No need to worry.

In Mt Zebra would you recommend the mountain cottages or a normal family cottage?
I looked on the map but can't see where the mountain cottages are, any advice ?
