B&S cricket bat

This bat was signed by all the players at the match when Graeme Smith played his 100th test match as captain of the Proteas team. This bat would be any collectors dream to have in his/her house or at the bar, it is indeed a collectors dream.

I asked Dean Elgar (Protea Test player) to take the bat with him to the Newlands test. He did see to it that all the players, Gary Kirsten and Allin Donald, sign the bat. The bat is Dillon du Preez's bat. After facing Dale Steyn in a domestic game, he noticed that the bat had a big dent at the bottom. So he donated it for the signatures. As you can see the bat even have a bit of history to it.

My son was at school with Dean Elgar for his first two years. I remember watching these little cricketers getting their first lessons from the head master on how to hold a cricket bat.

I kept getting feedback on Dean's determination and talent. I watched him score his first international 100 with tears of joy.

It's a BEEG pleasure MM, now if the bidding can get going. Come on guys we need some money!
