Ok, I want to get my answers correct; so I have studied the mammal checklist compiled by Spookie, found here.

I predict a ....

Hairy-Footed Gerbil (Gerbillurus paeba) Afri: Haarpootnagmuis

This will be extra rare because it will out in the day, with an Ellie in a yellow speedo, wearing a yellow ribbon.

Duke, all I know is that on the way up the road from Upington to KTP, one sees these signs about the park, with ellies on them. Now I have yet to actually see an ellie in KTP. And this gets me wondering, is that perhaps the special sighting :hmz:

Ooh, an ellie at Nossob?? In Speedos? Now there's an image :lol:

So if it's a pool party, how about a giraffe in a bikini too? :tongue:

All I can say is that the mobile webcam project sounds very exciting and I'm totally intrigued as to what the rare sighting will be..... :hmz:

I'll also donate 200ZAR to the cause :thumbs_up:
