Now folks are going to think I started this thread....I'll get assigned to run the show....I'll go in dept buying merchandise and plane tickets....we'll be living in a card board box by Christmas time!

...though Forumites get a PM from a Mod when posts are split

I bet if a couple extra shirts are ordered they may fetch a nice tidbit on the forums, or even at the cricket auction itself.
...perhaps a few smaller sizes for the kids at the tables...just brainstorming here

I like your attitude, I was hoping you would say that. Like they say in the classics " there's no university for experience" . There might be an additional task or so in the mix this year as we are planning to have a raffle running simultaneously and the silent auction table is a good area to sell tickets so you must shout if you need assistance.

We'll have to rename it "the ecojunkie Silent Auction"
