Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Online Auctions and that includes all the donors, many bidders and cyber supporters.
Without each one of you this would not have been possible!!

A total of R 30,425.00 was received of which
R 17,775.00 was paid into the VHR account and R 12,650.00 to GivenGain.

This is totally awesome, thank you! :D

A really fantastic effort indeed! Thank you Forum Members! You guys ROCK

And a huge thank you to JenB for all her hard work to collect and correlate the funds!

Last, but most definitely not least, appreciation and acknowledgment must go to the man with the brainwave to hold the Online Auction as a fund raiser. His efforts did not stop with just the idea - he planned out how it was all going to work and then still did so much hard work and management to make it the great success that it has been, and will continue to be.

Sparks - the VHRs thank you for this fantastic initiative!! And Well Done!!!

Thanks DB

My input was minor compared to the folks on forum and all the planning and work behind the scenes would have come to nothing without the brilliant support of the forumites, it is their passion for nature that made this a roaring success but the best of all is the real winner in this whole episode is nature and conservation and with that in mind I am prepared to start all over again right now.

It was FUN

Is there a way of keeping track of the money donated by the forum members or do they finish in the cauldron. I.e. that they are going where the donors wanted them to go and not to where they are needed mostly by Sanparks?
