please consider me for your reserve list..

I know that the list is getting rather full, but it has been on my wish list for a long, long time.
I am a bit on the small side, but I'm tough and have the endurance pedigree to show that I can manage it..

Welcome to THE WALK MM!

Nice to know more and more people are considering this walk! If you can give us the 'definite' yes....., the list is not permanetly full already, so tell me if you really want to go....maybe this will help some draadsitters to decide quickly before the walk is booked fully  See you chances of coming with are reasonably high then

Great choice!!

Looks like we have a new candidate to carry Ndloti's armchair.

Thanks MM, welcome aboard.

BTW MM I am in shape. Round is a shape. Besides, does anyone realise how difficult it is to keep one's body in this kind of shape. It takes hours of couch sitting, beer glass lifting and a huge amount of order in Pizza. Looks like I will have to start pounding pavements again.

Conservation is not an option.
It's imperative.

Leave KNP alone. Go build a hotel someplace else. Reserves are for the preservation of wildlife.

What can I say?

Maybe it's a good thing WTM is fence sitting. Imagine the two of us together. Will we get any walking done, or will we see any animals on the walk?

Seriously, ek is ook maar net a grapgat.

Aijajajajai.........Tsukundu!!

Welcome to THE WALK topic.......guys looks like we're going to have moerse problem  .....

Im glad I'm having such a response...really  . Now Tshukundu, I'm very glad that you want to participate with this walk! I cannot at this stage however guarantee a place  As you can see, we have a few 'fence sitters'....(just used as a practical word, no offence  )

Now the practical issues here...

I want to make/introduce a new rule here: because of the popularity of this idea, we will still work according to the list; however, in order to prevent misunderstandings, the due date for a decision will be set on 31 March. So, if we havent recieved a decision by the 'fencesitters' I will pm WTM, Scipio, Bucky and his brother aswell as Imberbe the last week of March....

After 31 March, we can make a list of who's going with....and all sorts of reasons can result in several cancellations, so Tshukundu, you (and SO) ARE on the (benchsitters  ) list, and you WILL have a definate answer after 31 March

Thats all I can promise up till now! From an organisational point of view its exellent (sorry to say but it is  ) to have some benchsitters....as a backup!

Anyway, you guys have discovered I cannot stand the   guys....so dont abuse it

HEY, IT LOOKS LIKE ITS GOING TO BE AWESOME!!

Hey GS.

I have had more fun on this thread than most any other (some a little (OK very) heavy. Far too much emotion and stuff for a big softie like me. (I digress)).

I know we still have a couple of WTM's vacilating on the fence, but how about an update on the list.

Who's in who's out?
