They were driving in front of us. The leopard was so relaxed. We've spent about 30 minutes with the cat. Awesome sighting.

Hi Aat

There is a male leopard that we've seen many times at the Mativuhlungu bridge. We call him Matewis. :tongue: It is the same male as in your picture. We know him by the spots under his left eye 8) These wer taken in March 2011. The last time we saw him was in December 2011. (Please excuse photo quality)

Angry Leopard

When Mrs Leopard first spotted us looking at her fresh kill, she wasn't too happy and proceeded to charge. You will see a distinct bounce in the video as she is coming. When she rose up on her hind legs it looked like she was coming right through the window of the car in the view finder and I came right out of my seat. When she came down I got back on with my cam but missed her when she was on her back legs. Turned out she wasn't that close. Probably six meters away......but it was exciting!
