Hi
A question for the administrators really but maybe others have had the same problem.
I'm trying to change my reservation dates for Addo and Stormsriver but the system won't let me mark the new dates. I get the message "cannot retreive itinerary details" The alternative would be to cancal my reservations and make new ones but this may incur costs I don't really want. Any ideas.

Tim, I do not have the experience to assist you, we will need to wait for the tech guys to be in office on Monday.

The dates you are trying to change your booking to - are they within the 10 month booking period the Online system uses?

Forget about this "on-line " nonsense :doh: We have found that if we call them up , changes are made totally effortlessly :whistle:
