:shock: Not such a little offering at all, Val! It's easy to imagine a baboon of that size catching antelope etc. I always find it so hard to picture the young ones turning into hunters - but this guy would have no problem!

To me it looks as if the EG just spotted a croc at the place where it was supposed to land :big_eyes:

One of my ambitions is to capture a bird in flight........but I only have a Bridge Camera, so would need to upgrade for that I think?

I have arthritic wrists, so that is why I stick with the Bridge as it is not heavy to hold.

I also thought it is a Tawny but a bird expert said it is a brown Snake eagle (much smaller than a Tawny)

Jan, this is a very poor pic of a brown snake eagle. Check the shape of the head.
