Hi Forumites,
We are all entertained on a daily basis, by Lourens with his great reports. In his reports, he has mentioned the sightings made by Raymond. We met Raymond last year, and have kept in touch since. Raymond is now in possession of a camera, and has been sending us shots of his sightings from the start of December. Lourens has been assisting him.
This topic will be mainly a photographic report. Lourens can do the typing & Raymond can do the clicking.
Here is a message from Raymond.

As far as sightings are concerned in the park, Berg en dal Guides are doing their best to make sure our guests have a lovely experience, that they can share with other people. We have beautiful mountains that attract lots of Leopards, because they go for Baboons, Klipspringer and mountain reed buck, that are found on them. Rare sightings are common to us eg honey Badger, Black Rhinos, Side striped Jackal, Black Bellied Korhaan , wild dogs, Mountain reed buck and Sable have been recorded.This year I have recorded pangolin 4 times.

Dear 'mites,

I feel it only right to share something I learnt and only did so in passing which makes it even more special.

Prings and lp went to a fair amount of effort to give Raymond the gift of the camera he is now using to take these photos with. A wonderful, generous gesture that is not only a gift of a camera to Raymond, but also a gift to us all here as we can now share in his sightings, and is also a gift to www.sanparks.org/forums as it has enabled another SANParks employee to become involved in the forums.

Thank you to Raymond for sending the pics on, to his two guardian angels in Oz and to Lourens who is helping Raymond learn the ways of the internet.
