A good place to have sundowners is Letaba Bridge. Hmmmm nice Amstel!! Just as the sun goes down behind the tree line 1000's and 1000's of bats fly out from inside the bridge!! A real sight to see! And if you are lucky you can catch a glimpse of a Bat Hawk roosting in one of the trees on the rivers edge.

Those were great pics! Awesome! :) :) :D

Shingwedzi high water bridge. Take you chairs and sun downers along, as a matter of fact take the whole camp along, such a lovely crowd.

Shingwedzi high water bridge is indeed a good place for a sundowner. That's also a reason why Shingwedzi is our favourite place with a great staff. Welcome Sandra, to the forum pride and when you like to share your experience or pics with us, your welcome.

Better sundowners then those on the wilderness trails you will not get anywhere else.

Which camp do you guys think has the best sunset view. I love Satara but is doesn't have the best sunset view IMHO (it does have great sunrise) When I say camps I mean ones that you can sit at your hut or campsite and watch sunset. The Lower Sabie deck is great but it's not like sitting in you own chair next to your fire.

Ditto Nico! :D
My personal favourite: Olifants Camp, bungalow nr.9, during the months of December and January (done this a few times  ).
That time of the year you sit on the veranda and watch the sun setting right into the “V” of the tree.

Another Olifants sunset:
