Don't feel too bad Jonty. I am also terrible with the names. This is one of the few names I can remember. I can tell you it is the road between this camp and that camp and it is near to this, but do not ask me the number of the road.

Agree with you, it's called Dipene, where the Mozambique natives were recruited by WENELA, the organisation tasked with recruiting mineworkers in the very old days!

They had to have their feet "sterilised" against foot and mouth disease in the dipping bath, hence the name.

I don't think it had much scientific merit, though!
