Can anyone tell me if there is still a lot of water in Leeu Pan. And is the birding still good.

Yes and yes.
We were there yesterday. The specials like Pygmy-Goose, Lesser Moorhen and Allen's Gallinule are still around. Didn't get to see the White-backed Ducks unfortunately.
Lots of other birds hanging around as well. Found Olive-tree Warbler just behind the 'parking area'.

We were there last Friday and can also confirm plenty water, as there is all over the park currently!
Love sitting there especially at this time of year.
