I booked LR2W (perimeter) at Skukuza through the internet - there are three of us (2 adults and a 13 year old). The booking shows 2 people, but has a price for an added adult, so I figured it should accommodate all three of us.

Later, when I've written to Sanparks to book walks, the person I contacted has told me that 3 people in LR2W will be a problem, and is now offering me LB3 (no view). I can see from the availability situation that there isn't anything with a view on the dates I want.

I'm confused and frustrated because in an earlier email conversation with another representative, I was told I can get a mattress from the reception. On the other hand the current rep I'm in conversation with makes it sound totally impossible. So I can't figure out what the situation really is.

I don't mind having my 13 year old share the bed (it's supposed to be a double) for a couple of nights, but I have no idea whether the bed size is really too small for 3. I was looking forward to having a perimeter acco in at least one of the parks (couldn't get them at Satara or Letaba either), so this is disappointing.

Anyone has any ideas on this?
