I think for people with slow internet the collage is better as they download less images.

I agree with Matthys on this, because the separate, one-by-one pix are larger, so far easier to see details. Collages are 'pretty', but I think that the point of this thread/collection is to be able to see as much about specific units as possible? Otherwise you would only need post one 'generic' example of each type of unit, as they do on the website's accommodation pages.

I actually appreciate seeing as much as possible/the details too, Arks.

I think the collages give a good all-round picture at one viewing. Perhaps a `link` to a series of individual pictures for those wanting to hone in on a particular feature?

I guess you are sorry you asked ROANERIC!! PLEASE stay with the seperate ones the collage is like Scrapbooking - busy and fussy - and to me defeats the whole object of this wonderful page

WHEN i'M JUST BROWSING, WITH NO INTENTION OF STAYING IN A PARTICULAR UNIT, THE COLLAGE IS fine,
but when looking up a particular unit to stay in it then I prefer individual photos.
If it is easier for you to post collages, then maybe that is the way it has to be!

To make the collages take some time, but when posting individual photos and you are restricted to 15 photos per page, you do have a problem.

If you post a left view, right view, outside/kitchen and interior photo per posting you can post four different chalets per page. So you need 11 page turner postings per page. and that is the biggest problem on this topic.

It's not like a trip report where people follow your trip and and comment to get the page turned.

So if we can get 11 mites that is willing to and help the pages to turn that would be stunning........

I agree with both sides.

The collages are pretty and keeps all the photos together. But as some of you said, they are a bit too busy, small and due to the resizing not so sharp.

I started this topic, because the pictures on the website are small, limited and does not often show the outside view. And as Arks said, that is the whole idea of this topic. To show MORE pictures than is available on the website. The separate photo's show much more detail.

So I think I will continue to post separate photo's. I will need help to turn the page, so if some folks will be willing to help with that, even if it's just a then the problem is solved.
