Great pics of FF6V # 12 LQ!
We have twice stayed in # 43 same type of bungalow, love them and want to book one again for next Feb.

How far is the unit from the parking?
#43 is quite a long trek from the car and by the time one has done it several times unpacking and then packing up again, its rather exhausting especially for someone like Val who finds it difficult to walk any distance.

It's quite far, I think I have a picture somewhere, to show you. Give me a few minutes to find it.

I got it. It's not the best picture, but I stood on the beginning of the pathway and number 12 is on the right. You have to walk a few meters next to the bungalow as well.

Hahahaha, I found this picture as well. Roan stood in the back and took a picture of me while I was taking a picture of them...

And the white double cab bakkie driving up behind me is Lion queen and family returning from their late afternoon drive. We had a great visit with them, watching the sunset on their veranda...

Thanks Marijke!
so it looks much of a muchness really, distance wise.
I guess its the price one pays for having a perimeter cottage with such great views!

Love the pic of a pic as well! 8)

It's a pleasure. I don't like it when a bungalow is too far from the parking. We don't travel light, and even with 4 of us we still have to walk up and down couple of times to get everything in the bungalow. But it's true, its the price you have to pay for a great view.
