I am trying to reserve bungalows at LS/Sku & Sat.
Which one of the many positions (hospitality mgr, duty mgr. etc.) listed do we send the email to at each camp?
Thanks

Hi ctm7943

Please see Elsa's post here :
I think These e-mails addresses will be useful.
I know it says NOT for reservations but if its just a bungalow request then that is what the reservations offices tell us to do.

Hi ctm7943

From my experience, each camp deals with those sorts of bookings differently. Are you in SA?

Each reply keeps sending me the same link to the same list for each camp.
However, there is a long list of people/positions listed for each camp.

I am simply trying to find out which person/position (hospitality manager, duty manager etc.) to send the email to at each camp.

I am in the U.S.

Thanks

I usually send my requests to the hospitality manager and if they are not the right person they will direct it to the correct one but I have not yet been disappointed. :thumbs_up:

I sent an email to the LS & Sku hospitality manager's almost a week ago.

The Sku HM must not be employed there anymore, my email was returned as "undelivered" due to recipient not existing. I used the link from the camp list.

The LS HM has not replied.

I called each camp and asked who specifically must be emailed for these types of requests:

Skukuza = cedric.khoza@sanparks.org
Lower Sabie = dorus.nxumalo@sanparks.org
Satara = christopher.mokumo@sanparks.org

Include your reservation number and also three options.

Hope you get your first choice :D

The Lower Sabie one doesn't work. Bounces back as "undeliverable" :(

The correct address for Lower Sabie would be dorcus.nxumalo@sanparks.org

Hello everyone,

Is there updated Hospitality Manager information for Pretoriuskop? My email to Johannes Nkosi bounced today.

Having said that, I have also sent emails to Berg-en-Dal, Lower Sabie, Skukuza, Olifants, Letaba and Punda Maria today ... all seemed to work and therefore must be current. Thanks much.

Thanks, Elsa. :P

Lightning fast responses already from Berg-en-Dal and Letaba (with specific requests granted in both cases) ... so a heartfelt "well done" to both staffs.

This is the first time we have tried specific accommodation requests in our seven trips. Many thanks to the folks on this board for not only making the idea known, but for the great camp-by-camp guidance provided throughout the site as well. Thanks again.
