For sure a magical place, thinking of all the things that has happened there in History, the traders and hunters of old with their little shops there, hard times I would imagine.

I have not seen Trumpeter but did see Crested Guinea fowl there as well as African Hornbill.

Will be there mid December. :big_eyes:

We visited Crooks Corner on 14th September as a day trip from Shingwedzi Camp. The car park area is a little smaller than before but still worth a visit. We bumped into Frank here as he was showing some guests the birds.
This is our favourite part of KNP. When we stand on the bridge and look at the view we just sigh with contentment!! :D :D We were also lucky to see a Trumpeter Hornbill.
