RemiE,

We stayed there last December.

The H3 was usually quite productive.
And also some good sand roads to the east of the H3, especially the ones along the dry river beds (don't have my maps with me to give you the exact S numbers)

The sand roads on the west side of the H3 tended to be a bit quieter.

Has anyone any good news to tell me about JLe Roux guest house? Have booked for one night in December. I have been reading a few bad reports regarding this accommodation and praying that it has improved.
I booked it as a family gift and will be so disappointed if it is awful. :(
What I want to know: Is there a view ? always most important.
and, as it is hellish expensive is it worth it?

When at Satara heard people complaining about the dirty pool
The floor seems to be covered with slippery algae
Is this true?
Hope to swim there in march

Hi Bert
I hoped that someone would have commented in this by now as we going to be there from the 20th. I truly hope that the pool is cleaned by the time we get there. I will report back

Dear Bert

I have checked with the camp manager at Satara and he confirmed that the swimming pool is in good conditions. Our swimming pools are being monitored and maintained regularly.

Hi Chas, have a look here :

and here :

Not sure how newly renovated they are though.
