We were at the pool 3 weeks back and it was stunning, always beautifully maintained and clean and it's the only pool I have found so far with lifeguards. Pools one side is deep enough for adults but with a lovely,big side for young kids. Only issue for us is there is never enough shade, 4 or 5 lapa's and a tree here or there but that is it.

We have never been to the picnic area cause frankly after driving for a few hours we'd rather hit the pools and picnic on the grass after a swim. It was R15 an adult and R5 a kid and it's for all day entrance so u can stop by for a morning swim than drive some more and come back later on.

Love it. The ablutions are also spotless but the shop is still pathetic, hardly anything at all and no real food so we always take our own.

Is there still no shade in the parking area and the picnicking area?

It is a long way to haul all your stuff in the blaing sun.
