Please keep us informed about this power problem. We will be staying there this coming Saturday.

Val and Dungie are there now enjoying a toasted sandwich so I have sent her a message asking them to try and find out what the current power situation is.

Elsa it would be great to know when the electricity will be repaired - thanks  . Are these planned or scheduled electricity interruptions for infrastructure maintenance or upgrades as I know Berg-en Dal was also recently power-less?

Grantmissy, it seems a sub station blew up causing the power outage.

We have just returned from Kruger and Letaba and stayed in the lovely CTT4 safari tents which are new to us since our last visit to the camp. I would recommend for thoes of you who are planning to book these to try and get No`s 4-5-6-7 or 8 as these are on the fence with good animal action any time. You must just watch out for the very short stump like poles uesd to mark off the parking bays as you could trip over them in the dark.

Hi All
Can anyone advise me where the BD3 units are at Letaba? The camp map only has unit numbers, and not the accomodation type.
Many thanks

Is there any update on the electricity supply problem at Letaba?

The website shows the electricity is still out. Anyone know what the latest news is?

My wife and I will be visiting Letaba in April and I have booked a BG2U Bungalow. I have looked on the map and on Roanerics excellent thread and I cannot find this type anywhere. I presume they are perimeter Bungalows but we really did not want an enclosed verandah. Can anyone help me as to there location?
Thank you for an excellent forum
