I have used Photobucket for quite a number of years now and I can't really see what the problems with it is.
It works great and fast. The uploading is quick and the downloading even quicker, but I guess that the slow SA lines handles it differently than the ultra fast digital connections we take for granted. :hmz:

What happens is that phpBB asks the server where the photo is hosted what size it is. If that server doesn't reply phpBB gives that error.
So it is not phpBB, but the remote server giving the trouble.

For those posting webcam photos, try using the Photobucket plugin, see here for a description.

Can anybody help me??
If I upload to photobucket and 'copy' the photo that I 'paste' is not the same that I uploaded to photobucket.
For example: there was a baboon now at Satara with a baby on her back( very quit),
I right-clicked and uploaded to photobucket. When I checked my post it was a photo with no baboon

Using the uploading plugin?

Then it's easy, the photo is uploaded straight from the server, so in most cases will be newer than what you see.
Between the time you click upload and the time PB asks for the photo the server may have stored a new one.

Thanks DuQues
What is the alternative? Must I copy the pic in photobusket?
I'll try that option.
