Carol, if you look top left on a wide-angle daytime pic you will see foliage and I think the light shines on the leaves at night. Little lights could also be moths or other nighttime insects.

@ Danie. Thanks so much for the Satara touring, it is the best of all the touring cams for me, perhaps because there is not such a big area to cover. Much appreciated. :gflower:

I agree! We bought a book (I dont know if I may say who the writer and what the title of the book is :redface: )
that shows the quality of the water of all the waterholes in Kgalagadi. But I can not tell if the animals prefere the better tasting water, for example Kwang too other drinking holes (Bedinkt). Fresh rain water must be the best! :thumbs_up:

I took a peep at Bookshelf forum and there is a topic about the book and the writer, Peter's Guide, Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. We found it very interresting and meaningfull.(oeps die Engels darm!) :tongue:
