In April 07 we were watching, listening to one in a tree right above our heads. He was knocking, knocking and a bit further of was another one responding. When ever the distant one sounded louder than him, he moved of and knocked against another tree until his was the loudest. It was very funny. :lol:

It sounds like these birds are fairly common in Satara?? Am i correct in saying this?? :hmz:

It would be a lovly sighting aswell as a lifer for me :D
