Also wondering whether you saw my further question about those whimbrels?

Thanks, JvR. A whimbrel would be a new tick for me, but I think that I must wait for a more 'definitive' view before adding it to my list. :D

They can be quite common in the Skukuza area in winter. Snapped this one at the Skukuza day visitors'.

Identification Help - LBJs

Here are several birds that I am struggling with. I have an idea for three of them but may be well off base. Any assistance is appreciated...

huntsman, can you perhaps tell us where and when you saw these birds, location and time of year are helpful information needed for ID.
