Hi bird troopers,

Under promting from Wildtuinman (whose real pseudonym should be FrogMan because of his fondness for amphibians ) I hereby submit my Kruger total - 406 - not quite as hardcore as colleagues or ex-colleagues and their offspring living in/or used to live in the park like John Davies, Don English, Ian Whyte or Rich Sowry, but not too bad, and I'm not as mobile as most. Still need a couple of fairly regular KNP birds. Unfortunately most of my current project work is in other parks, so not in Kruger with the old regularity these days. Have only been there 3 times this year (Shame I hear some of you stuck faraway say)

Glad to see that the entertainment I gave you guys (to my own detriment) from the Punda pool is still well and truly stuck in your memory.

I also thought that my list was lacking somewhat. Richard Sowry was exceptionally helpful in providing me with a template and I did a re-count now and noticed that I have indeed missed a few birds.

My total is 323.

My updated KNP list - 347. Latest addition; African Quailfinch.

After going through some older KNP lists, my total is now 306

After going through my records I found 243 on the Kruger list.
