Hi Schliek! Yes a golden weaver, the white eye and heavy black bill are the indicators.

You mean it could be a yellow weaver, which has a red eye? The beak is very heavy though.

My guess would also be with Golden Weaver. The Yellow's eye is usually very red which I don't see in this pic ??
