Very tricky from the angle of the pic so I wouldn't make a confirmed call but the area also has Protea Seedeater which can't be excluded

Streaky headed seedeater for sure :thumbs_up:

Broad white eyebrow is the clincher. Also it is very common in the wilderness area. Protea seedeater is found much higher up the mountain in the fynbos.
