Nonesense, and miss out on a chance to learn so much!!! I havn't been cracking Ferdelance's demon challenges either, which makes them all the more fun to participate in.

The reason why most of the "experts" on the forum don't enter these, is not because they are too easy, but because they are scared they will get too many wrong

It's a very tuff challenge, can't find the birds in all my books, be patient, will send in our answers, just take longer than normal

You do not even believe it yourself

Ferdelance, don't worry, it is only the last three birds that are impossible to some of us, the rest are fine (apart from the waders and the....  ), actually a couple are easy (#1 is  ) In the best case, we'll still be able to manage 7/10, which is not bad. In the worst......... :hmz: better not even consider it :P

But then again, I do not count, I am not a birder, I am only having fun Image Image

Okay, I didn't really want to, but I have posted my answers for challenge #40. Longer time wouldn't improve my answers anyway.

Challenge #41/2012 will be put up on Friday by Lizet Grobbelaar! Maybe Lizet will have more mercy on us? Oh well, it is a challenge, so we cannot really expect mercy.

ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE:

Challenge #47 will be put up on 7 December 2012, with the results on 14 December 2012. Shall we consider #47 as the last challenge for 2012, since many people are going on holiday during December? We can then start again on 11 January 2013 when everybody is more or less back from their holidays? How do you feel about it? I will appreciate all the participants' view on this please! :hmz:

I'm happy with that. I think the challenge posters and organisers will need a break in order to refresh their supply of evil photographs
