While looking at this topic, I was thinking that ther was a few I had never been able to identify for sure...
Would you halp me with this one ?
juvenile Martial ?
the photo was taken at sunset in the Satara area, the bird was BIG...

You said the bird was big, but it can also be seen that the bird is robust. IMHO, you are correct in saying that this is a Juvenile Martial.

Awesome shots Richard. I have also not yet seen two together. :mrgreen:

This shot of a Martial Eagle I took during a Kruger trip we had in August. The eagle was feasting on a monitor lizard and we could get quite close because it was in a tree right next to the road.
