The way I see it, that ain't so much a problem Imax.
The trouble starts when you distribute it. And if Fire-breath puts it on the net for downloading it could be problem. It could be considered as distributing pirated ware and things could get tricky. Rather be safe than sorry.

You are so right Johann, but even with the few that I have, were recorded with alot of effort by other people, and thus I have be conscious of thier copyright.

What a lot of people dont realise is that something like the ringtones that you can buy from South African Birding is protected by copyright, but people think that as they have paid for it they can distribute at will.
