Seen this weekend at Pilanesberg - I'm pretty sure it is a Great Reed Warbler (it was a large bird!). We also heard it calling in the same place the next morning.

Nope, this is indeed a Great Reed-Warbler, and two awesome shots I should add. The white tips to the primaries, the black tip to the lower mandible and the size are all features that point clearly to GRW. Well done! :clap:
