We are doing a quick visit to Mapungubwe. We are driving up tomorrow to take up some stuff for our camp and coming back on Sunday.

We will not have enough space for all this stuff when we are going up at the end of the month with all our other provision.

We stay on Samaria 1 which is part of Mapungubwe from the point that the fences are all removed and the animals have free movement between us and the park, but on black and white we are still negotiating to become part of the park.

If you drive down the road on the western border of the eastern part of the park we are on your left, where the no entry Private land sign is.

I will take some pic's for all that are wondering how it is looking after the flood.......

Ok we are back and I'm busy downloading the pic's but here are some so long.
I didn't get to all the places I wanted to was to busy washing the inside of my caravan that still had mud on the inside from the flood.

Thanks for the pics - cannot believe its the same place, the Mopanies were only dry stumps in January! What a beautiful flower to find in the middle of winter!

Like I said we didn't get to all the sights we wanted to we basically only took one drive and a short one at that. But I promise to do a full report on the 2 weeks coming up just a few more pic's to help you survive.
