Can anybody please tell me about Mazhou Camp's "kitchen facilities"
Is there boiling water and maybe a 2 plate stove available.

I am going in October for a few days.

Thanks

Amanda

Its a most beautiful camp sight with lots of shady trees and plently of birdies and buck. The ablutions are basic but plenty of hot water . Kitchen is enclosed with a door so no naughty monkeys or baboons worrying you. There is electricity
The road through the park is a no no as its extremely corrigated Take the road from pont drift. This is corrigated too but is not nearly so long.
Oh and do enjoy and remember your Yellow ribbon.

Looking at camping in July (4 adults with 2 vehicles + trailers). Is one campsite big enough to accomodate us?

An amazing camp. One of the most lovely in all SANParks imo. Not because of the glitz and glamour, but the setting and the fact that it is so basic.

Dave sg I think you might need two camp sites as I think only one vehicle per site and also it would be a bit of a sqeeze. If you could get them next to each other it would be super .
