Some of the roads you have to travel... some of them not clearly marked, and some (like here) you can't even see where there road is suppose to go... :?

This is indeed a problem, and as you say, when one cross those large stretches over the rocks it is difficult to again find the road. :?
I think my SO marked the trail on his GPS while we did the route….I could possibly post the coordinates….well that is if we actually followed the correct route. :roll: :lol:

Hello everyone!

In exactly 16 days we will be heading to Mapungubwe for the very first time! :dance:

We will be travelling in two cars (a 4x4 and a 4x2). We would like to do the 4x4 trail(s?), but we don't really have experience in such routes. Are the routes graded and how 'bad' are they? (Especially after the floods?) Would first-timers be able to drive them? And would the 4x2 make it? Are the routes even open?! :hmz: We don't really want to take chances and any info or help would be appreciated. 8)
