Hi,

I am planning on visiting Garden Route National Park in June, I was hoping to use a 4WD with a roof-top tent, will this be suitable, or is the weather too cold / wet for camping at this time of year?

Any other tips appreciaed, I am a first-timer (in fact this will be my first trip to Africa!).

the vehicle license plates in George, centre of garden route, all start with CAW...cold and wet !
I studied down there for 3 yrs and did not find a need for a 4wd in that area at all. All roads are tourist friendly, down there.
